HPR 10 is a premium, fully synthetic SAE 10W-50 engine oil. It has a DOUBLE LAYER of engine wear protection, including FULL ZINC and Penrite's unique EXTRA TEN technology. It employs modern additive technology and a low shear rate viscosity modifier to provide further protection against wear, corrosion, oil oxidation, piston deposits, and sludge under all situations.

Application
HPR 10 is intended for use in current four, six, and eight-cylinder multi-cam, multi-valve (including VVT), naturally aspirated, supercharged, and turbocharged engines. It is especially well-suited for usage in high-load applications such as towing and competition, as well as in hot environments.

HPR 10 is suggested for use in cars with SAE 10W-40 or 10W-50 engine oils as originally recommended by the manufacturer. It is appropriate for use in LPG and light-duty diesel engines where ACEA A3/B3 and ACEA A3/B4 are preferred. It can be utilised in situations where API SP and prior specifications (SN Plus, SN, SM, SL, SJ) are recommended. It is suited for use in many diesel and LPG-powered cars that require engine oil that meets API CF or earlier criteria.

Vehicles & Fuel Types
HPR 10 is designed for use in passenger cars, competition and high performance vehicles, 4WDs, and light commercial vehicles. It is compatible with gasoline, LPG (Dual Fuel), E10, E85 (competition), diesel (Non-DPF), and other conventional and racing fuels. If utilising E85, Penrite suggests more frequent servicing intervals.

EXTRA-TEN TECHNOLOGY
The HPR 10 oil's SAE rating includes the Penrite EXTRA TEN. This technology protects your engine by combining a standard start-up viscosity with an oil with a greater operating temperature viscosity. This increases engine oil film strength, reduces frictional heat, and adds an extra layer of anti-wear protection over regular SAE grade oils, minimising engine wear under all operating situations.
