Gear Box Oil 30 is a multigrade gearbox oil intended for use in automobiles that initially utilised the same oil in the gearbox as was recommended and used in the engine. Many automobiles built in the 1950s and 1960s required engine oil for use in the transmission. While this was convenient, a multigrade oil is now a better option, providing greater temperature performance.

Application
Gear Box Oil 30 is suitable for vintage, veteran, and classic gearboxes with straight, synchro, and epicyclic gears, overdrives, and pre-selectors.

Gear Box Oil 30 is an SAE 20W-60 oil intended for use in applications where SAE 30 lubricants were previously required.
